It doesn't matter whether you believe in reincarnation or not. The unconscious mind will almost always produce a past life story when invited in the right way... even if the conscious mind is highly skeptical, the unconscious mind is a true believer.

Past Life Regression is the process of retrieving memories of experiences from previous life times. Exploring the significant past life events brings about healing, change and current life understanding. The goal is to delve into the unconscious memories to gather knowledge, wisdom and insight of the deeper aspects of one’s Soul. The exploration of karmic emotions, thoughts and physical issues supports the pursuit of completion and wholeness and how it plays out in one’s current personality and life circumstances.
In the Regression Session, I use a variety of hypnosis techniques to help the client move past the conscious mind into the memories that hold an energy charge. It is this charge, which needs to be addressed, understood and healed; once released the issue is no longer relevant in the client’s current life. The old pattern is explored, understood and transformed in the light of the current life. Without the old charge, it allows life to flow and become open to it’s optimum unfolding.
A belief in past lives or reincarnation is not essential to receive the therapeutic benefits of a Regression Session. What is important is that the process helps to heal and empower clients in their current life. The unconscious mind intuitively finds the story that will unlock the deep emotion and energetic charge connected to the issue being explored.
Most important to one’s healing is a commitment to the success of the process. One must accept to be hypnotized. When experiencing hypnosis for the first time, it is quite common to have doubts and questions. Part of the first session involves discussing and clearing up any concerns the client may have.
Regression is not a passive process; it requires the full involvement of the client as we work together. It is helpful to give oneself permission to go with whatever arises and to allow the analytical, conscious mind to take a step back, letting the unconscious flow as it moves one into a place of healing and wholeness.
Proxy Regression
There are times when regression is not possible due to very young or advanced age, poor health, mental illness, or other reasons. In these cases, with permission, someone close to the person seeking help may serve as their proxy and go through the process for them. The sessions often benefit both the person in search of healing and the proxy.
